The company was established in 2021. Thanks to the support of her father, she had the opportunity to lease some lands, which, combined with her own, allowed her to finance her project. In fact, in the first year of activity, she dedicated herself exclusively to the cultivation and sale of grapes. In 2022, with the construction of her small winery, she started the production of her wines, supported by her father and her boyfriend Adriano. Her viticulture is traditional and manual, Enrica Camarda born in '92, grew up with the idea that wine is not made in the winery but in the vineyard. In fact, in her wines, the intervention in the winery is zero, she limits herself exclusively to preserving the quality of the product and to enhancing and valuing the quality of the fruit. Her wines RossoFermento and Numuru setti tell a story of love for the territory and for the work in the vineyard. 2022 is the year of her first official harvest as a wine producer. The company extends over 7 hectares, one of which is in the Feudo di Mezzo district, the remaining part in the Montedolce and Moganazzi districts.
