Torre Mora embraces the flanks of Etna, in a breathtaking scenery that delights the eye and the palate. The slopes of the Sicilian volcano offer a unique territory for viticulture, due to the volcanic matrix of the soil, the altitude of 600-700 meters s.l.m. and a significant temperature range between day and night. The absolute prince is the Nerello Mascalese, which together with the Nerello Cappuccio contributes to create the delicious Etna Rosso DOC. The other main actor is the Carricante, a white grape variety, which gives its freshness to the Etna Bianco DOC. Torre Mora is a small estate dedicated to organic and sustainable viticulture, to the choice of traditional methods, to the typicality of the grape variety and to the culture of the territory. The two vineyards of the property are located respectively in the Contrada Dafara Galluzzo in Rovittello and in the Contrada Alboretto Chiuse del Signore, municipality of Linguaglossa.
