Sicilian organic wines produced from native grape varieties with the exclusive use of selected indigenous yeasts with the aim to enhance the connection between the varieties of the territory that hosts them. The vineyards and olive groves Terre di Gratia are located in Camporeale, 40 km south of Palermo, exactly halfway between the north and south coasts of Sicily. This condition creates a unique microclimate, with strong temperature fluctuations between day and night and typically island ventilation, which mitigates the torrid summer heat. It is therefore an area particularly suited for viticulture and olive growing. Our vineyards are located on a single slope of the Belice Valley, facing southeast, on predominantly clayey soils. This terroir is capable of giving Sicilian organic wines and extra virgin olive oils Terre di Gratia elegance, balance and softness. Strictly grown organically, they extend over a total area of almost 10 hectares, lying on the slope of a hill that starts from 100 m s.l.m. up to about 300 m.
