Having returned to Sicily at the beginning of the twentieth century, after a brief experience in America, Carmine Trefiletti invested resources and physical strength in the planting of several hectares of vineyard in a vocation area of Etna, Castiglione di Sicilia. Today, Rocco Trefiletti, grandson of the founder, continues the family winemaking tradition with the same devotion as the progenitor, passionately dedicating himself to the enhancement of the vineyards, following the traditional practices of Etna winemakers.
