In search, with each harvest, of new goals, of a new opportunity for improvement. Thirty hectares of vineyard in Agrigento, Sicily, a unique organism of ten micro-areas, a consolidated property of fifty hectares in Campobello di Licata. Deep soil, mixed limestone and gypsum, hillside, between 230 and 270 meters above sea level and 8,000 meters from the coast. Mainly 5,000 plants per hectare all from the primordial patriarch of their own mother-earth and all harvested by hand, in small crates. Production limited to the year's progress, hand harvest only after full ripening, individual vinification for each vineyard, respect for a unique and precious territory. These are just some of the choices of the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello, in a philosophy that has privileged quality from the beginning.
