The vineyards of Tenuta Ferrata grow on the slopes of Etna, on land crossed by the historic Circumetnea train. The context is characterized by thermal excursions, sandy soils, fertile and rich in minerals, which give the Carricante, Nerello Mascalese and Pinot Noir grapes the unmistakable Etna character. These aspects, together with careful and passionate care in the cultivation of the vines, give the wines strong personality and balance. There are currently twenty-three hectares of vineyards, all dedicated to the production of DOC and IGT Terre Siciliane wine.
