Mastro di Baglio was born with the aim of producing natural wines of excellent quality, respecting nature and according to ancient traditions. Our wines are not filtered but naturally decanted so that static sedimentation ensures adequate clarity of the products. The sulfites present are only those naturally generated during fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature, using indigenous yeasts and without the use of synthetic chemicals. Ours is an ecological choice, thanks also to the mild climate and the vigor of an extraordinary land. In our vineyards, cultivated without irrigation, no chemical herbicides or synthetic pesticides are used: just a little sulfur and copper (limited to 2/3 treatments per year). The protection of biodiversity, the empathetic relationship with our lands and the knowledge of our vineyards, one by one, are our strength.
