The Agricultural Company Fenech is located in the municipality of Malfa, on the Island of the lush and fertile Salina, in the splendid archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. The entire cultivation of our vineyards extends only and exclusively in the territories of the island; characterized by a set of natural factors such as: a particular microclimate on the Malfa slope, a remarkable biodiversity and a very fertile soil thanks to its volcanic origin, from which derive superlative wines. All stages of product production take place in the family winery where, for more than two centuries, the ancient techniques of processing and fermentation of Malvasia have been handed down. Among the strong colors of the fertile Salina (the intense green of the lush vegetation, the deep blue of the sea and the clear blue of the sky) and the genuine and sincere flavors of its ancient traditions, the centuries-old experience that Francesco Fenech derives from his ancestors, winegrowers for more than two centuries, is born and matures.
