Born in 1982 in Tenerife, Eduardo grew up in contact with his family's winemaking tradition. Following his passion for the vineyard, he enrolled in Agricultural Engineering and continued his studies in Oenology. A few years later, his curiosity to explore new territories and compare himself with other producers took him to Sicily. In 2012 he participated in the harvest at Arianna Occhipinti, and a year later he worked as a winemaker at the Passopisciaro winery, attracted by the volcanic territory. In 2014 he began his work of recovering the vineyards rented on the north side of Etna. In the same year, he bottled the first vintage. Today we work 4.7 Ha divided into 9 vineyards at different heights and districts. We continue to recover old vineyards cultivated for 90% with traditional bush vines. Today the company believes in the importance of continuous comparison and sharing with other producers, in the knowledge of other territories and other varieties. We try to interpret a territory and make it known inside a glass.
